From 2012 to 2014, she worked as a figure skating coach in the United States, where she gained valuable international experience and became familiar with modern athlete development and training methods.
According to Elena, her interest in coaching started in childhood. While still competing at the highest level, she closely observed her coaches, analyzed training methods, and continuously expanded her knowledge in preparation for her future profession.
Between 2014 and 2020, Elena coached several members of the Estonian national figure skating team, including Johanna Allik, Elizaveta Leonova, and Anneli Vahi, as well as Lithuanian junior national team skater Vilte Radzvilaviciute. Today, Elena holds a Level 6 coaching qualification, works with young skaters at the Olympic Figure Skating School, and provides online coaching to athletes from various countries, including France, Finland, and the United States.
Drawing on many years of international competitive experience, Elena is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the ice.
